Digital-download refund policy

Digital products
SectorMade products are supplied as immediate digital downloads. Please read the product description, compatibility information, licence and included-file list before ordering.
Change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after files have been downloaded or accessed. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We will review a refund, replacement or technical-remedy request where:
- the same product was purchased more than once by mistake;
- the supplied files are corrupted or cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting;
- the product is materially different from its published description; or
- applicable South African consumer law requires a remedy.
Send the order reference and a short issue description to zadigitalstudiosupport@gmail.com. Do not send card details, banking credentials, passwords or identity documents. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days.
Where a repair or replacement is reasonable, we may first provide a corrected file or access instructions. Approved refunds return through the original payment channel and may take additional provider processing time.
Important
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
